On Friday, March 17 th 2017, two Universitas Indonesia (UI) students, Asti Shafira (FKM
2014) and Christella Fenisianti (FISIP 2016) successfully got Best Diplomacy Award on
Harvard World MUN 2017 in Montreal.
The award was given to World MUN delegation who considered presented spirit of
diplomacy and United Nations (UN) during the conference.
The two became one of the best from about 2500 students of the world in discussing
pharmacy industry reformation on global level and solution to overcome high number of
diabetes over the world issues.
In discussing those issues, Shafira and Fenisianti acted as Iceland representatives on
World Health Organization board.
This achievement was classified as extraordinary since UI delegations was the only pair
from Indonesia who got achievement in this year's competition.
Besides Universitas Indonesia, there were delegation from other Indonesian universites
such as Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Katolik
Parahyangan, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang.
