After successfully logging in, follow the provided instructions , fill out all forms completely, and upload the documents as requested. Prospective new students who do not complete the Pre-Registration will be declared not having completed the pre-registration stage and are not allowed to proceed to the next stage.
Before making payments, UI implements a policy of determining the amount of UKT education fees in an equitable manner. This is based on data and evaluation results of the ability to pay tuition fees. This stage can only be done after completing the pre-registration stage. Prospective students are required to fill in the data and upload the appropriate files on the UKT Information System page https://ukt.ui.ac.id/. Data entry will be carried out online starting June 26th, 2023. For prospective students applying for the KIP Kuliah program, they are still required to carry out the evaluation stage and determine UKT as part of the UI KIP-K selection.
After completing the two stages above, prospective students can make tuition payments through host to host or through an ATM or Bank Teller. After that, prospective new students who have completed pre-registration and paid their tuition fees will be automatically registered as new students and will receive an SSO UI username and password which will be sent via email.
