A total of 13 students of the Dental Conservation Specialist Dentistry Education Program, Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia Class of 2019, managed to occupy the 10 highest score rankings in the XXIXth Dental Conservation Specialist Dentist National Competency Test. The exam was held online and attended by 47 participants who were graduates of the Dental Conservation Specialist (Sp.KG). The examinees came from Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Hasanudin, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and Universitas Indonesia.
The first place winner with the highest score of 98,335 was achieved by FD UI student drg. Marissa Dwi Bestari. Meanwhile, 12 other Universitas Indonesia Faculty of dentistry students who also received the best scores, namely three students who received the second highest score, namely drg. Meilisa Rahmawati, drg. Deryana Avidhianita, and drg. Renny I.S; the third highest scorer was drg. Rahmat Ibrahim; the fourth highest scorer is drg. Nurul Ramadiani; four students ranked fifth, namely drg. Darin Safinaz, drg. Rachmawati, drg. Rizka Andini, and drg. Sammy Henry Lay; the sixth place went to drg. Wigiarti; seventh place was achieved by drg. Paramita Widyandari; the ninth place winner is drg. Nia Agung Lestari; and ranked tenth is drg. Zahra Khairiza.
Chairperson of the Department of Dental Conservation Science of Universitas Indonesia Faculty of dentistry , Dr. drg. Anggraini Margono, Sp.KG(K) said that this almost perfect graduation is inseparable from the persistent learning spirit and extraordinary fighting power of all our students. “The hope is for all new graduates of the Dental Conservation Specialist for the National Competency Exam period July 22-23, 2022 to always maintain the good name of the alma mater, remain humble, noble and virtuous,” he said.
Furthermore, the Chairperson of the Dental Conservation Specialist Dentist Study Program of Universitas Indonesia Faculty of dentistry, Dr. drg. Dini Asrianti, Sp.KG(K) also gave her appreciation. He said, “This very proud achievement for the UI Faculty FD Dentistry Dental Conservation Specialist Study Program is clear evidence that graduates of the Universitas Indonesia Faculty of Dentistry Dental Conservation Specialist are superior and leading.”
Furthermore, the Dean of Universitas Indonesia Faculty of dentistry , Dr. drg. Nia Ayu Ismaniati, MDSc, Sp.Ort(K), said, “We congratulate and appreciate the hard work of all lecturers and students of PPDGS Dental Conservation Universitas Indonesia Faculty of dentistry who have succeeded in achieving the nine highest score rankings from the top 10 nationally. Hopefully this achievement can be an encouragement in achieving other achievements.”
Dental Conservation Specialist Dentist Education Program Class of 2019 student, drg. Marissa Dwi Bestari said that her perseverance, persistence, and enthusiasm in the learning process produced very encouraging results by achieving the title of the first highest score in the competency exam for the July 2022 period.
“Hopefully with the knowledge we get and our graduation as dental conservation specialist dentists, we can continue to contribute to the world of health at the national and international levels,” said drg. Marissa Dwi Bestari.
