Universitas Indonesia (UI), one of Indonesia’s leading educational institutions, is seeking a Director of Partnerships, Asset Commercialization, and Integrated Area Development. This role aims to develop strategic partnerships, enhance asset optimization, and ensure the university’s integrated areas operate efficiently, adding value.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
1. Initiate and maintain relationships with strategic partners across various sectors (industry, government, and international organizations).
2. Design and implement strategies to expand collaboration opportunities.
Asset Commercialization:
1. Manage and optimize university assets to support financial sustainability.
2. Develop innovative business schemes for asset monetization.
Integrated Area Management:
1. Ensure the university’s areas are managed efficiently and environmentally friendly.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve infrastructure and services within these areas.
Management and Administration:
1. Oversee all administrative, financial, and operational aspects in partnership and asset management.
2. Prepare periodic reports for university leadership regarding strategic achievements.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead, train, and develop the team to achieve departmental goals.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements
1. Minimum Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of managerial experience in partnerships, asset management, or related sectors.
3. Extensive network with strategic partners both nationally and internationally.
4. In-depth understanding of asset and integrated area management.
5. Strong business analysis skills and experience with large-scale project development.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
7. Familiarity with government regulations regarding university assets and partnerships is an advantage.
